Guest guest Posted April 25, 2005 Report Share Posted April 25, 2005 I just made a batch of 100% kamut pancakes, using a cup of Arrowhead Mills organic kamut flour. The flour was pale yellow and the pancakes turned out quite yellow. The taste was pretty bad, and I'm honestly wondering if the bag got mislabeled because it tasted like corn flour and had the same slightly gritty taste to it...is this really what kamut tastes like??? If so, wow, I'm never buying kamut again. Back to my 100% buckwheat pancakes which are absolutely delicious.
