No Ravin and Amulya,

My name doesn't end with 'Jain'!!! That is another lady on the MGIMS site

who I haven't had the pleasure of meeting yet. As for me...I like my name

short and sweet without a suffix. Don't go digging up for more surnames, as

all my certificates call me only Anshu....that's the only official and

unofficial version of my name that exists!

Yes Amulya,

It was great meeting you too. Malini was the first person who detected me in

that crowd of strange faces. Thanks to her friendly chatter I was instantly

drawn into discovering more people I knew. And it wasn't too long before I

had curious staff members asking me if I was an MGIMS alumnus too! That's

the power of the MGIMS egroup!

Anshu,

it is indeed a pleasent surprise to know you as some who

does not want to`show off' her/his `so called'

big family/caste as a surname.

the only other person that comes to my mind is our former

foreign sec. shashank.

BTW, can we name you - anshu sewagrami

What's in a name? That which we call a rose

By any other name would smell as sweet.
