I made the NT waffle recipe this weekend and they came out delicious !!

I used spelt flour (1.5 cups) and teff flour (1 cup) for the recipe

from NT. I also used buttermilk. While it smelled pretty bad while it

was fermenting (my buttermilk was old - though there didn't seem to be

anything wrong with it), the waffles came out delicate, chocolate-

tasting and not sour at all. I ate them straight with no maple syrup.

Even my 9 month old had a taste.
