Would think private, covered wells would be safer than open, public water

supplies because sunlight makes algae.

Yeah, I was thinking about that too. But stuff DOES live in

the water. In the toilet tanks it grows long strings of stuff

that I'm told is " iron eating " bacteria. And it grows cyan

colored stuff real fast if light gets to it. Disconcerting.

I worry about it more because both the lady in this house

and the neighbor lady got Parkinsons ... both drank from

this well for over 30 years. We are getting bottled artesian

water now for drinking.
