Guest guest
Greetings, After trying elimination of various things for several weeks, it seems that my wife's skin allergy may be related to consumption of uncooked ghee. Ghee forms a major part of our diet, both cooked and uncooked. It seems to her that her rashes start to itch fresh after eating uncooked ghee (either with rice, or lentils or anything else). Eating food cooked in ghee is not creating the same sensation (at least she doesn't feel any different). So my question is - what contents in ghee could be causing this? What is the casein content of ghee? My understanding is that it is very less, when compared to butter. She seems to do ok on butter, strangely. Any ideas? -Pratick __________________________________________________
