Guest guest
Well, I didnt feel well all day today and b/c we are required to call in at least 3 hours before our shift starts, I went to work (with full intentions of going home early). Once Im there, even though I still felt crappy I stayed at work all day. I came home and did my pf, in the AM it was in the 450 range (high yellow for me) and it was slightly lower at 430. I used my inhaler (HFA junk) and later tonight my PF is 400 so Im still dropping but not in the red zone yet. I also started coughing alot and Im just whipped today...I slept solid all night despite my husband being away (I never sleep well when hes gone) and almost overslept in fact. SO..tonight I decided its not worth going in tomorrow and I called off already. This way I dont have to feel like I need to wake up at 330 am to see if I feel like going in or not. I will be going to my doctor tomorrow and Ill get the rash and asthma symptoms checked out. Ive been on Singulair and Zyrtec for awhile now but in the mornings lately my asthma is really active. Then as the day goes on, it seems to improve. I have to take my singulair in the AM b/c I cant sleep at night if I take it at night so I am going to ask about getting something for the night time too. Im feeling like I need a little more than the zyrtec..although I am also coming down with whatever respiratory crud is going around at work (I love staff that come to work with pnuemonia and bronchitis and then breathe on me. I know people need their money but we get paid for the day as long as we call in before the deadline). Speaking of inhalers...I hate the new HFA stuff. I dont think it does much to help me at all.
