Adrenal Fatique Remedy

I'm going to self medicate with prednisolone and have a couple of

questions for the group.

Last month I was fighting a losing battle with a sinus infection. Doc

put me on anti-biotics - didn't work so he put me on 60 mg prednisone a

day for 5 days...I felt great, the infection stopped immediately, my

energy level was great..

Now I'm going to start on 2.5mg prednisolone...will I see the same side

effects as those of the higher dose??

I plan to stay on the 2.5 mg until Monday and then up it to 5.0 mg;

Any words of wisdom from the group??
