Guest guest
Dear Friends, The pain MD put me on doxepin. Reading warnings always makes me feel that I shouldn't be surprised to wake up dead. Or bald, depressed, euphoric, craving sweets and puking. As for my valium-percocet cocktail he did not say anything was wrong with that and left it to my regular MD to manage that for me. I really identify with what Kat is struggling with. An incompetent doctor delayed my timely treatment. I too had no broken bones but a bunch of torn and crushed ligaments tendons and other so called soft tissue. Sounds minor but a broken bone heals in 4 weaks some of my damage could not heal or took months. Six months of the last twelve in a hard cast. The doctor did not say anything about Ultram which I trashed, he feels pain, depression and anxiety all travel the same neuro highway and so prescibed the anti-depressent for me. My injury seems very weather affected and today was a rare dry day. Good for me. I was luckier than Kat the driver who hit me told the cop at the scene that he fell asleep at the wheel therefore I got insurance money in full in just a few weeks. Good Luck to all of us and Pray for Peace. Al
