Freezing cream?

We are going into our storm season here, and while my own home would only

flood if we had a downfall of Old Testament proportions, the general area

floods, including all my local roads. We have a generator so will have

electricity, and I'm trying to lay in supplies just in case we get stuck

here for an extended period.

The only thing I haven't figured out is how to deal with my SEVERE addiction

to tea with cream in it. I don't like tea without cream. I shudder at the

thought of ultra-pasteurized cream or nonfat dry milk.

Can I freeze fresh raw cream?
