Dear Group,

This is all new to me, I haven't read the book. I just seen speak a

couple of weeks ago, and joined a group that meets next week.

Please help me out. Now do I ask the four questions of 1-6??

I drove 2 hours to meet M, and another friend who also drove 2 hours from

another direction. M never showed up and when we called she said she was

sleeping and too tired to meet us. This weekend a bunch of us were going to

gather. M canceled.

1. I am mad, disappointed at M because she cancels plans.

2. I want M to stick to her word.

3. M should stick to her word.

4. I need M to follow through.

5. M is a flake, unreliable.

6. I don't ever want to be let down by M. I don't want to count on M

again.
