Guest guest
>> Maybe it was one of those inside jokes and the rest of the meat people were sniggering behind the counter. << LOL hmmmm... I know my butcher tells me, when I ask for chicken with skin and bone, that they always think, when people ask for boneless, skinless, chicken: Boneless, skinless, tasteless. Guest guest
:[Deb in NZ, the lands of lambs] Then just to confuse you further, there's :hogget, which is older lambs - 1 or 2 year olds, I think. Not old enough to :be mutton. Though when I think about it, I haven't noticed hogget for sale :for a few years now..... And then there's Dolly hogget which is hogget even before its lamb.
