Guest guest
Hello everyone, I just recieved my allergy test results (from York USA) and, surprisingly enough, I don't have a gluten or dairy intolerance but rather an allergy to eggs, almonds, and kidney beans. Now I don't eat much of the two latter foods, but I used to eat eggs every day. I'm on my second day of not eating eggs and I've been experiencing some muscle weakness in my legs. Is this common for any sort of allergy " withdrawl " ? I understand egg allergies are not very common (even in this group) so I'm not looking for definite answers. Thanks! -Nina

Most in the group got rid of gluten first, then figured out about dairy problems. Now, many of us are seeing that eggs can be problematic as well (though most of us are trying to deny it as long as we can). :-) Eggs are one of the top allergens out there. Were you allergic to both parts of the egg? Steph
Guest guest
problems with gluten and casein are associated with mercury poisoning. mercury does strange things to sulfur metabolism... eggs are a high sulfur food to some degree the liver regulates how allergic a person is. cleansing of the liver will lessen allergies and possible cure them Re: Allergen detoxing miffytiramisu wrote: >Hello everyone, > >I just recieved my allergy test results (from York USA) and, >surprisingly enough, I don't have a gluten or dairy intolerance but >rather an allergy to eggs, almonds, and kidney beans. Guest guest
Yes, I was extremely reactive to both parts, with the white worse than the yolk (as is often the case). I know egg is a top allergen, but I honestly did not suspect an egg allergy at all because I've been eating eggs since... well I don't know when! Maybe that's why I've always had so many problems... -Nina > I can't answer the question, but at GFCFNN we're figuring out that many > of us do have problems with eggs as well. Guest guest
Hi, Are you talking about organic eggs or chemical eggs? The latter are from chickens that they pump up with chemicals, antibiotics and hormones. Dairy is the same, milk comes from grain fed cows that are also pumped with the above. It's no wonder people are developing allergies to everything. It makes me sick to think that we are being exposed to this. Guest guest
I believe York tests with all organic eggs, meats, and milk. -Nina > > Hi, > Are you talking about organic eggs or chemical eggs? Guest guest
What is a good way to cleanse the liver? From I've found so far it suggests doing the cleanse after a detox. a_l_ <anonymousm@...> wrote: problems with gluten and casein are associated with mercury poisoning. mercury does strange things to sulfur metabolism... eggs are a high sulfur food to some degree the liver regulates how allergic a person is. cleansing of the liver will lessen allergies and possible cure them Re: Allergen detoxing miffytiramisu wrote: >Hello everyone, > >I just recieved my allergy test results (from York USA) and, >surprisingly enough, I don't have a gluten or dairy intolerance but >rather an allergy to eggs, almonds, and kidney beans. Guest guest
herbs, diet, liver flush, coffee enema, gerson therapy, maybe sunbathing. if it's far gone then flushes are probably the only thing that will work. Guest guest
So does that mean eggs are to be avoided? I thought they were beneficial for heavy metal removal. Guest guest
Phil, I've heard cilantro pesto is the best food for heavy metal removal. -Lana On 10/13/05, REMOC <REMOCLIHP@...> wrote: > So does that mean eggs are to be avoided?
