TIA. Thunder Heart Bison here in Texas seems pretty good. They're not certified organic, but I know they don't use antibiotics or grain and they harvest the bison in the field. I have a more local source of grassfed, chemical-free bison so I'll probably go with that unless I do find bison that is both grassfed and certified organic. I'm planning to buy a bunch of organs... can't wait.
