Thunder Heart Bison here in Texas seems pretty good. They're not

certified organic, but I know they don't use antibiotics or grain and

they harvest the bison in the field. If they're at my farmer's market

this week like they usually are I can ask them any questions you might

have.

Thanks for the recommendation, ! I have a more local source of grassfed,

chemical-free bison so I'll probably go with that unless I do find bison that is

both grassfed and certified organic. I'm planning to buy a bunch of organs...

can't wait.
