Guest guest
Hi, I am considering following a Candida diet and am trying to decide how to mesh this with my native nutrition diet. Have any of you treated a Candida infection with diet? The Candida diet calls for no fermented foods. I wonder if this really exacerbates a candida infection. Also, it calls for low-glycemic index foods. I wonder if this means no sprouted/soaked grains. Can anyone provide info on all this? Thanks, P.S. I'm also considering oil of oregano as an anti-fungal and activated charcoal to deal with die-off.
