new member/cfs/mercury/liver flushes

hi, new member here

i'm interested in the above subjects

i've been self treating for cfs. familiar with the weston price books, blood

type diets, and various other meat eatings. i imagine some folks here must have

done the a.v. primal diet?

saw some posts by filippa and very interested talking with you about flushes, im

having a hard time getting to the end of them and establishing bile flow.

also interested in any and all ways to detoxify mercury
