I like a little coffee with my cream after all. And since soy, rice and dairy are out....ggggrrr... Anyway, I have come up with an alternative that is really tasty and has a nice cream like texture. It is NOT low fat, or no calorie. But a little won't hurt me right? Especially, with all I am giving up, right? ;-) Anyway, as the subject line reads I mixed unsweetened canned coconut milk and unsweetened almond milk. It has a nice flavor and you can control the proportion of almond milk to coconut milk to make it as thick or thin as you like it.
