Smokers Was: Tasteless smoke and marinating tuna

Heidi,

Wondering if you're familiar with a pellet BBQ grill which smokes, grills

and even bakes. I'll have to look up " water smoker " . Not familiar with

that concept, but do know we need to get a different grill. Which brand do

you have?

You know, I really don't know. I HAVE heard " smoke " has carcinogens, but

I've also heard that most of them come from proteins hitting hot coals,

which is why I use a water smoker (the meat juices hit the water, not

coals). ..
