Pilates more effective than yoga? Maybe for losing weight, but true

yoga is nearly a perfected system of balancing the body and the mind

through breathing and postures. It was developed over thousands of

years by yogis who could do amazing things, and understood the inner

workings of the body in amazing detail. Advanced yoga does require

extreme flexibility and it would take a long time to be able to learn,

but the benefits would be worth it IMO.

BTW, I don't practice Yoga, if I found a good instructor I would

though. I have been practicing traditional Kung Fu and Tai Chi for

over a year now, along with Chi-Kung with is very similar to yoga.

No, I love yoga. I was blessed that my first yoga teacher was not only an

excellent teacher, he was the perfect first teacher for me. He made it easy.
