Guest guest
<< " Has anyone you know of experienced nausea when starting CLO? I was moderately queasy the first day, with the burping and all. Yesterday, it was worse. This morning it's really bad. The first two days, it started after taking the CLO. This morning, I woke up with it - haven't (and probably won't) taken it today. Just wondering if it's a common reaction. " >> I did. When i was taking the high potency stuff i was nauseous and burped CLO all the time. When i went back to the lower potency (Carlsons) the problem went away. Kathy A. I had occasional nausea when trying to get a 2tsp dose using the Carlson's capsules, and all the freaking time when taking a lower-quality oil on the spoon (Twinlab, unflavoured). I switched to Carlson's unencapsulated and have had no nausea since. Since it has no fishy flavour I blend it into a smoothie, and that helps with the burping problem, too. -- Persi M.
