What foods are the best for anti-inflammatory properties? Garlic is

one, right? Onions? I seem to recall something about green salads

also, but may be confusing that with detox as opposed to anti-inflammatory.

So which are best?

Also, I don't recall ever seeing anything food-wise specifically for

adrenal support. Are there any?

Any help on these is greatly appreciated.
