The somersault is for when sleep is mostly during daylight. How or why it works, I don't know other than it could reverse the 2 sequences of the hormones that wake you up with daylight and put you to sleep with darkness. More outside now the days are warmer and longer and more darkness inside when it's dark outside should help him sleep sounder and longer. Guest guest
Hi , Welcome to Bee's group! It's a great place to be! Cradle cap is caused by candida, so you can be sure that your kids also have candida issues, so it would be best if you started your your 2.5 year old on the diet and ensure that you are following the diet, too, because it will increase the quality of your breast milk. I started my son on the diet when he was 3.5 years old and he is now 5. It's been an amazing journey to say the least! My son was also not a good sleeper and he still sometimes wakes up at night. It has to do with the candida, but specifically the adrenal glands. I have adrenal fatigue, so it is likely he was also born with it. I think you would be wise to get yourself and your kids started on the diet and supplements. You'll be surprised how much easier life will get once you are supporting your body to heal itself. All the best, (a group moderator) > > Hi Everyone! > <snip> > > My main question: Has anyone seen a situation where a nursing baby's sleep issues have been helped by mom working on her own candida situation? Sometimes it's hard to do things for myself (and to be disciplined about it) but I seem to be much stronger willed if it will benefit my children. > > Any advice or experience would be greatly appreciated. I haven't slept more than a few hours in three years. > > Thanks! > > >
Guest guest
> > Hi Everyone! > > My name is and I'm getting started on the diet. I've had Candida for at least 10 year but likely much longer (terrible diet until just a few years ago, many years on birth control, antibiotics, etc.). I have been eating a primal-style diet for the last 7 months so in many ways, this won't be a huge change--but a few things are hard to give up sometimes! +++Hi . Welcome to our group! replied to most of your questions. > We have had both our children extensively tested by an ND for food sensitivites and have removed all offending items from our diet. My baby is still exclusively breastfed but we did start giving her fermented cod liver oil a few days ago. +++Please do not rely on any kind of food testing since they are totally wrong when it comes to good uncontaminated foods like eggs and others. Good healing foods, herbs and spices do cause healing reactions, which are how our bodies heal themselves, so that's a good thing! Also healing reactions are exactly the same list of symptoms as allergic reactions, and most people confuse them, thinking they cannot have something healthy like eggs. Here's some article to read so you understand: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/heal14.php http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/heal11.php Many people on this group have discovered they are fine with eating good foods like eggs, but they do it by starting with small amounts and gradually increasing them so their healing reactions are more tolerable.
