Guest guest
Dear all, Today, after one year's on and off infection and half year's wriggling, my end tooth of the left upper jaw fell off, painless and bloodless. I was amazed. Then I thanked it to be with me for over 40 years. I am going to keep it. Please bear with me. I would like to share and ask for some insight-sharing. I've been vegan for 9 years and one year total raw. Serious ear-ringing and gum infection brought me to Sally's book and Ayurvedic system .Though I thought that's a lot more to do with emotional stress. I did start eating ghee, and a little cheese. Sesame oil massage healed the ear-ringing by 90%. At the same time I am experimenting what I can eat. I verify salad is too cooling for me. green juice in room temperature is fine in small amount, about 150cc. No grain! That's something I cannot agree with Ayurveda. No basmati rice! I eat prune for smooth my elimination. rice bran and almond butter. vegetable puree. baked squash. Every day I could feel it wriggling, sometime more stable than others. I used microhydrine and sonicare tooth brush. trying to go to bed before 11pm. try to get sunshine whenever I can. I read " Energy Medicine " . That tooth is corresponding with my spleen. I wonder if I should fight, rescue it or let it go. What will happen to my organ if I just let them pull it out? I wonder. Two weeks ago, I thought I am willing to let it go if it's really dying. but I won't go to any dentist unless that's someone I really trust. And I did order some pascalite last week. Thanks to whoever recommanded it. I did notice my tooth stop hurting. Even though it's still shaking and dangling. The other thing, I verify meditation works for me. I started to practice meditation in June. Since I always have millions of thoughts running, I promised to sit only for 5 minutes per day, then added to 10 in July, then 15 in August, etc. Everytime I meditate, I can feel some warmth circulating around my gum. That might have help also. Question: What shall I do now? Nothing or put a fake tooth on? Who knows? maybe one day it will grow again. I am Chinese and I heard more than one story that people get their teeth regrow after 70 or 90. I shall keep hope and faith<grin>. Or anyone used to be vegan and improve their health by adding animal food? By the way, I was the person asking about the soy-fed chicken a while ago. Thank you for all the responses. Hey, it's quite inspiring! I took all the fliers at the meat department. It seems they all use corn and soy based vegetarian feed. So right now I am still " thinking " about it. I still have a hard time to eat animal food. Even if I feel like trying it, my body doesn't take it too well. I guess the one year raw food plus the colonics washing away some of the " equipment " to digest heavier food. Always learning. Please share. Thank you. Sincerely, Beatrice Re: Nuts and Seeds Hi Stan, Welcome to the list. I assume you're talking about vegan raw foodists and they have terrible teeth because they don't eat nutrient-dense animal foods like grass-fed fat, butter, lard, fish, bone broth, etc. Strict vegan diets will result in massive vitamin and mineral deficiencies that affect the teeth (and bones, and organs, and everything in your body) adversely. Personally, I don't think eating too many nuts would cause terrible teeth--it's more about what these people *don't* eat. That being said, nuts do contain a lot of polyunsaturated fat and need to be soaked before eating to remove the anti-nutrients.
