I am wondering if a supplement would help me lower triglycerides? my cholesterol is 135, my bad is low and my good is where its suppose to be, but my triglycerides were 240 last year and they are 180 this year, but DR isnt happy with that. but I am diabetic, and take 3 diabetes meds,3 x a day.. and I do take 90 mg armour for my thyroid and I take adrenal supplements for my adrenal fatigue. but would like to find a safe easy way to lower triglycerides. Lin Re: Does this sound reasonable? I take all my suppliments with my Armour but I'm not taking calcium or iron. Most of my suppliments are to support my adrenals and thyroid. I take Vitamin C and a suppliment with gugulipids for my cholesterol. When I see a new doctor, I always bring copies of my past labs, doctor's notes and a list of all meds and suppliments with dosages. Sometimes it seems like I overwhelm them with it all especially when I show up with a list of everything I want to talk about.
