I try to look at it this way; if I were diabetic, I wouldn¹t feel one bit of

guilt about taking insulin. People in chronic pain need medications

sometimes just like people with diabetes, or any other disease. But, as with

any medication, proper supervision is also needed to ensure that the

medication does what it¹s intended to do, and nothing else.

The thinking is slowly changing in this country. Pain is finally being given

address, thanks be.

Well... if they listed it as a physical injury then that would be bad for their

business. First, it would be one less diagnosis they can use to siphon $$$ from

the dumb insurance companies. Second, it would mean that they don't get the

sadistic pleasure of insulting us further by saying that it's all in our heads.

And third, it might wake up the pathologists to the fact that mental/fictitious

diseases are completely devoid of science and are actually voted into and out of

existence. So in a nutshell (no pun intended) if psychiatrists did the right

thing for a change or used any common sense for that matter, it would cause a

lot of problems for them.

Wake up and realize that they just care about us at all, they only care about

their wallets getting fatter.

actually study it, instead of leaving it with the same people who created it in

some of us.
