This article by Ton Cowan mentions some nutrients that support the

adrenals:

My dad used to take vitamin C and pantothenic acid (B5) in a 10:1

ratio to control his hay fever.

In Fourfold Path to Healing, Dr Cowan says raw animal fats (esp raw

milk) are the best thing for weak adrenals.
