If it promotes longer viili, that's exactly what it would mean. Like,

it suppresses bacteria that might damage the villi, or creates

enzymes that digest the peptides that promote antibody

production, or they glom onto the villi and protect them. Basically

atrophied villi regenerate FAST if they can, but continiued

dysbiosis and antibody attacks prevent their growth in a lot

of people.

Sounds like in chickens, the L. reuteri work by suppressing

pathogens.
