Guest guest Posted April 6, 2005 Report Share Posted April 6, 2005 Hi all, I'm actually not sure if it was food poisoning or some kind of bug, but I was in bed (or the bathroom) for 36 hours and couldn't even keep water down for much of that time. I had eaten some homemade ham and bean soup that was probably left at room temperature for too long a few hours before I started vomiting. I still feel a bit queasy, but have been able to keep down a coconut/yogurt/banana smoothie, coconut water, tomato soup, dolmas (made with rice). I don't have any bone broth on hand, but would be drinking that if I could. Any other ideas for things I should be eating to speed the healing of my tortured stomach?
