Guest guest
hello ?? yum, yum? pascalite clay ??? now *I* am suspicious of whether we're talking about the same thing ??!! i bought a ten pound bag from pascalite.com. we brush our teeth with it half the time, we bathe in it, we use it for wounds and skin " issues, " we soak our feet in it, we TRY to ingest at least a tsp daily but so far i must say we've had totally lame success with this. none of us can stand the taste of it! if i mix it in a glass of liquid and wait for it to dissolve, it makes anything taste gag-ish, if i don't wait for it to dissolve, it makes my teeth grit which is even worse than nails on a chalkboard and enough to make every cell in my body cringe in pain. so hos DO you take it? do you put it ON something, IN something, do you take it WITH something? i've been considering capsulating it but dread having to allocate the time do get this done... please tell me how you take it. i'm totally perplexed that you actually said you " love " the taste. it's no fair ! why can't *I* too like this instead of chocolate and bread and fried chicken...and everything else that beams down to my thighs ??!! angel Message: 1 Date: Sun, 10 Jul 2005 12:21:28 -0000 From: " blackhearts_battersea " <blackheartsinbattersea@...> Subject: Re: Subject: ... and Pascalite Easy: I absolutely love the stuff and have to hold myself back from eating even more. Are you sure it's pascalite you've tried and not some other clay? I have heard that bentonite clogs up the system if you take loads, but also heard that pascalite is more of a " feeding " than a cleansing clay, so hoped it wouldn't be so much of a problem. On balance, I think what Heidi says is reassuring: I will try to restrict myself to a tablespoon or so, but otherwise not worry too much. Yum, yum, yum :-) Kate > > oh fair kate, please tell how you succeed in ingesting two whole tablespoons of this nastieness? i put a tsp in my smoothie but always leave two thirds of it sitting....
