Guest guest
These are all fasting, about 10:30am. Almost everything is normal, but CO2 is a little low and some of the values tend to acidosis. Is this good? Is this what I'm aiming for? Or are my kidneys stressed? Also, what could be lowering my HDL? I've been eating pastured eggs and chicken for a while and had just added raw milk and grassfed beef when these were taken. I haven't had labs in three years but they were always perfect, so the lower HDL makes me wonder. Is 8.5 uU/ml a good fasting insulin?
