Guest guest Posted June 27, 2005 Report Share Posted June 27, 2005 A coach at my school taught me this, and it has been the ONLY work out that really makes my calves sit up and take notice: Stand with heels a few inches apart, toes pointed out, do 20 raises, not letting your heals touch. Without a rest, put your feet parallell, do you raises, again not letting your heels touch the floor. Without a rest, move your heals out, toes in, do 20 raises.
