A coach at my school taught me this, and it has been the ONLY work out

that really makes my calves sit up and take notice:

Stand with heels a few inches apart, toes pointed out, do 20 raises,

not letting your heals touch.

Without a rest, put your feet parallell, do you raises, again not

letting your heels touch the floor.

Without a rest, move your heals out, toes in, do 20 raises.

If you can do these without falling over, rest for 1 minute and do

another set.

They are KILLER.
