I'm already doing C for other stuff, pretty sure I've got the B5 in some other thing or other, but will check. MFJ I don't wanna work, I wanna play in the dirt all day. It's going to take a while to get my adrenals back up to snuff, along with other things, but so far it seems like once that's done, I can get off the Cortine and just keep eating the way I already do. Long way down the road, but it's best to be prepared, eh? Thank you! MFJ I don't wanna work, I wanna play in the dirt all day.

I have to say it: What if a person has a " true " milk allergy, no stomach acid and adrenal/thyroid insufficiencies? Is there Anything that comes close to replacing the wonderful benefits of raw milk or am I, and those like me, doomed? When people say " raw animal fat " what else can that mean? I should buy suet and munch it down? Another kind of lard? I eat A Lot of Fat already, especially coconut oil and raw egg yolks, but I have to balance that occupation with the consideration that I have a liver working overtime as a result of so many other health issues... Fat is extra work for the liver so I want to make sure it's the right kind of fat and the right percentage of daily calories/grams of fat/protein/carbohydrates .. whatever. Any ideas? But, one way to get " raw fat " that is really tasty is with truly fermented sausages (old style pepperoni, salami) or to make something like lardo (which I do, it IS tasty and makes a great cheese substitute for some applications). I tend to trust " meat fat " more than " milk fat " mainly for paleo reasons, and because it sets with me better. I use a lot of coconut oil though too, and bacon fat for cooking. My take on adrenal problems is that they are *caused* by things that stimulate cortisol production, like food allergies. The Warrior Diet idea works for me ... give everything a rest for some good long period daily. I can't eat dairy either, but most of the thyroid/adrenal type things have stabilized over the last couple of years. Getting lots of sleep and exercise help too. I have no idea whether raw milk is of any real use in this sense other than as a source of fat, but coconut oil is great, raw ruminant liver is great, particularly for people with fatigue problems, raw yolks can be great... -

None of Price's healthy natives ate what we'd consider a low-fat diet. -
