Guest guest Posted October 3, 2005 Report Share Posted October 3, 2005 I made pleah saiko (my favorite Cambodian raw beef salad) last night with some heart tissue, and am wondering if the acid-cooking process is also considered NT. With the paper-thin beef, all of the meat really is " cooked " (unlike ceviche where only the outside of the chunk cooks in the lime juice) and there's a ton of raw garlic in the recipe, as well.
