I just wanted to mention I'd never tried this before, but my local HFS just

started carrying it and I tried it last night for the first time. It was

quite yummy. Perhaps a good alternative for those of you with casein

sensitivity since most casein sensitivity is to a-1 casein in cow's milk? I

don't know if goat milk is completely free of it, but I've read that it is.

Maybe it depends on the breed? Or maybe it's true for all goats? I don't

know. Just thought I'd mention it though.
