Guest guest
Your Free T4 is quite low in its range and definitely needs to come up. Your Free T3 is at midrange. This gives you some wiggle room for raising the Armour. I would increase the Armour and possibly add T4 later, but not T3. Very few people need to add T3 to Armour. You are most likely not one of those people. If, at some point, you cannot tolerate any more T3, but your T4 is still too low, then that is the time to add T4.vanessa romero wrote: Hey I posted a couple weeks back with my labs and went and had them re-tested as I am still feeling like crap. I would love some feedback from the "group experts".First numbers were from October 2005 and the second set are from last week. I am currently taking 3 gr Armour.FT4 0.73 -- 0.87 (range .61-1.76)FT3 2.3 -- 3.3 (range 2.3-4.2)TSH 0.642 -- 0.016I am still trying to understand what the numbers mean? Dr. suggested increasing Armour and also adding in T3.Thanks in advance. Yahoo! Mail Bring photos to life! New PhotoMail makes sharing a breeze. Guest guest
Thanks for the quick reply. I was instructed to increase Armour by 1/4 grain for two weeks and then another 1/4 grain for a total of 3 1/2 grains per day. She also wanted to add in T3 but I didn't have my computer in front of me to do some quick research. How does diet affect FT4? > Hey I posted a couple weeks back with my labs and went and had them > re-tested as I am still feeling like crap. Guest guest
Dr. Dina White in Sugar Land, TX I am going to start with the + Armour first and go from there. Dr. White is not a T3 pusher by any means. > > Hey I posted a couple weeks back with my labs and went and had > them > > re-tested as I am still feeling like crap.
