I know we all wish you the best of health, and then you will be able to share it with your sister. It sounds to me like you would do very well to eat easy-to-digest, nourishing, soup-y foods. Can you make them for yourself? Do you even like them? The digesting is done partly in the cooking, that way, so your system isn't so pressed. Be good to yourself! B.
