I love rowing machines - they rock! It's actually one of the most intense workouts there is, and upper body gets it good to boot! My Nordic trac ain't a bad second best in that department. But yes, I am sure interval training is more than sufficient for cardio needs. I have a couple of acres here in Saunaville, Taxes, so it's not so far fetched a scheme for me. DH won't let me have goats, so I thought bees might be a nice project.
