Sounds extremely NT to me. What would lead you to think that it might

not be? The marinading of the heart?

Actually, NT itself has a ceviche recipe, so I wouldn't worry. You don't

have to eat _all_ meat raw, after all, and " acid-cooking " isn't the same as

real cooking anyway.
