Guest guest Posted October 3, 2005 Report Share Posted October 3, 2005 Hello all, I have an odd question. I have been taking my 1/2 tsp of Blue ice daily when I remember. I'm not so good at remembering and I am finding I am forgetting it fairly often. When I forget it for a few days in a row I get these terrible headaches - worse than anything else I have ever felt.
