I've kept it for up to a week but it's in a Pyrex measuring cup as

opposed to the can it came in. Tastes fine to me.

It probably depends on the brand, since some of them have preservatives in

them. I'd think a week at least.

Im not sure but i try to save some when i know i wont us eit rigt

away.

when i make a big batch of coconut milk fresh and wont be using it

all then i freeze it in ice cube trays and they transfer to a freezer

zip loc bag.
