" Your eyes are changing, that's what is. Middle-aged eyes change sometimes, that's their job. How do we know it's right for your eyes to change? They're changing. You noticed, you've acknowledged it, you're not in denial about it -- that's seriously the right thing to do when there's something in your body that wants your attention. You do what you can nutritionally, do eye exercises, etc. and maybe get new glasses too...that sounds seriously right to me, if you want to see better. And that doesn't mean you don't get checked for retinal problems, diabetes, etc. It's seriously right to monitor your health if that's what you do.
