Oh Brother, what will these 'Food Scientists' come up with next?

Apparently, food scientists want to use the seaweed extract alginate to

lower the fat content and increase the fibre in JUNK food.

The disturbing thing was that the article reveals, amongst other

things, that we already have alginate added to our food- junk and

otherwise. You would not believe what it in.
