Guest guest
I'm very curious about this also. Where did you take yours to have it laminated and comb bound? > I saw this advertised in the back of the most recent Wise Traditions. > > DELUXE HARDBACK EDITION > LARGER, WIDER MARGINS! Guest guest
I have had Kinko's comb-bind or ring-bind music books that wouldn't stay flat. Sometime they laminate the covers, but more often that isn't necessary. > > I saw this advertised in the back of the most recent Wise > Traditions. > > > > DELUXE HARDBACK EDITION > > LARGER, WIDER MARGINS! Guest guest
I had Kinko's do the comb-binding. I laminated the cover myself, though I know they laminate as well. The cover was falling apart (and pages were coming out of the book) so this is why I took this route. It lays flat fine though, so I'm not sure why others would have problems with comb-binding not laying flat. Still, I did find some information on the DiscussingNT : (through a search on Onibasu.com) The Deluxe Edition of Nourishing Traditions features the same best-selling text in sturdy hardback. The larger format with wider margins lies flat, and look-up tabs at the page edges make it easy to find recipes. Included is an interactive CD-ROM of the whole book. Enough to make me very interested--never though of tabbing my copy! And more margin room for notes! Sounds interesting. Ang
Guest guest
Ohhh, I was going to run out and dr. my copy because I don't really care about hard cover but look-up tabs would totally be worth buying a new copy. Not to mention the bonus CD-ROM. Did it say when it came out? > > The Deluxe Edition of Nourishing Traditions features the same > best-selling text in sturdy hardback.
