Guest guest
Hi All, I have a 7 pound vacuum sealed bag of homemade Hi Enz mixed cereal grains that I would like to give away. I made a smaller batch of it and really liked eating it but I discovered later (after making the big batch) during an elimination cycle that it was causing me trouble. I hate to waste it as it was pretty expensive to make so, hence, the offer. The cereal is a blend of equal parts of millet, pumpkin seed, raw cashew, flax seed, brown rice, raw peanut, sesame seed, raw rye, wheat berries, sunflower seed, oats, and pearled barley. All of the ingredients were purchased at Whole Foods in Chapel Hill, NC and almost all of them are organic. The stuff breaks down to a macronutrient ratio of 50% fat, 33% carbs, 17% protein. 22 grams of dry mix has 100 total calories. It can be ground and soaked overnight in room temp water or left whole and soaked overnight in water just off the boil in a thermos. It is supposed to be loaded with enzymes (hence the name) and was recommended to me by a Metabolic Typing nutrients. If you are interested email me at rbjr@.... Put Hi Enz in the subject header to make sure that I don't delete the email inadvertently. First email received gets the prize. I'd guess shipping will be around 7 or 8 bucks.
