Winter attacks due to freezing air

We had a bout of really cold weather this weekend. Yesterday we were

in the teens and I ended up having an attack that has left me pretty

out of it. I was suppose to get my Xolair shot Saturday and postponed

due to the ice and snow in St. Louis. I rescheduled the Xolair shot

for this Saturday. I have a lot of work to do and would prefer to go

to the doctor tomorrow and get the shot and take off but am working on

a project.

I try to make sure I have my scarf around my face but I still seem to

have problems. That cold air knocks me for a loop just like cigarate

smoke.

I took my emergency inhaler, albuterol, today and when I enhaled it

caused me to have a coughing fit does anyone have that happen if your

chest feels really tight?
