Zocor and other high cholesterol drugs

About a month ago a high cholesterol drug named Bactroyl was removed

fom the markets. The same manufacturer of this drug makes all the

other high cholesterol drugs out in the market place.

I myself was put on Zocor 2-1-01 and did not realize the terrible

side effects until about 5-15-01. My body felt numb all over. I

could not work or get out of bed anymore! My arms and legs did not

function properly. It took about 3 weeks to get the feeling back in

my body like I had had before.

If you are on this drug or any drug for high cholesterol it is highly

recommended you consult with your physician. My liver enzymes tested

wonderfully each time my doctor took a blood test but my body became

so weak it could not do anything anymore. I was tested for everything

including HIV and nothing came up!

I have been having back problems also and feel this drug has

escalated my back problems.

I just want to warn you out there in case you're taking any kind of

high cholesterol drug. It may be more harmful then you know!

I TAKE LIPITOR BUT HTE ONLY EFFECT IT HAS AS A LAXATIVE!!! MY TRIGLYCERIDES

ARE SO HIGH, 589 WHEN THEY SHOULD BE LESS THAT 150!!

CHOLESTROL WAS 289, SO I HAVE A LONG WAY TO GO. I HAD NO ADVERSE SIDE

EFFECTS THOUGH....SORRY ABOUT YOURS!
