Guest guest
I have been having problems with my muscles cramping lately. My husband noticed it is generally during one of my asthma flare ups. He said his mother (who had asthma) also had the same problems. I think I am getting plenty of fluids and potassium. After he said that to me last night I realized he is right, my muscles do tighten and twitch when my asthma is going crazy. Any muscle is vulnerable, but my toes, calves, neck, back, and the balls of my feet seem to be the worst. My poor toes get all twisted. They end up looking like they are very arthritic - like you see when someone has bad arthritis in their hands. Anyone else have this problem?
