Guest guest
Well, I think I answered my own question... I just checked up on it and it is bubbling vigorously and is starting to taste decidedly more alcoholic. I baked dinner tonight, which warmed up the kitchen - so I guess it was chilly. The new batch is bubbling away too! I'm soooo excited. I put out some corn sprouts/honey and rye flour/water to join my cider and ginger bug on top of the fridge. Thanks all! *runs back to the kitchen to watch the cider bubble more* -Lana On 10/1/05, Lana Gibbons <lana.m.gibbons@...> wrote: > Hello all, > > I put some Cider out to ferment back on 9/25 and I was wondering if > someone would be able to help me tell if its done or not. > > It didn't bubble much that I could see, other than the bubbles that > accumulated at the top.
