Ok, here's what I ate for breakfast today:

--Smoothie

*5 egg yolks

2 T virgin coconut oil

1 T maple syrup

3/4 cup wild blueberries

--1/4 lb chicken liver, cooked in bacon fat for 40 seconds on medium

heat, with 3 slices of bacon sprinkled over it and spices

--1 T Garden of Life CLO

--1 mug decaf (Swiss water-processed) coffee, black, with cinnamon

--1 mug decaf coffee with 1 tsp honey and half and half

___

Other supplements:

6 capsules of HCl/Pepsin (a high-pepsin variety)

2 tablets enteric coated enzyme complex, with pancreatin, ox bile,

HCl, cellulases and lactase, probiotics

2 tabets Cal/Mag citrate yielding together 1000 mg calcium and 500 mg magnesium

1 capsule R-alpha-lipoic acid

____

I entered this into fitday.com with a few limitations:

-- I entered the bacon fat as 1 T lard

-- I entered the wild blueberries as regular unsweetened frozen blueberries

The results...*drumroll*...

As you can see, at 2 meals a day, I'm not quite eating what I was

pre-fast, and am getting full on it. I'm also smaller, but I think

it's mosty better digestion and regulation of appetite.
