That is what I am going to do when I get a mountain cabin to live in. My aunt and uncle had a small chicken house for that purpose and a goat for milk. And they lived in a city. The neighbors couldnt understand that. It was a very nice neighborhood. He was a very wealthy inventor with 3 college degrees. Just liked hen fresh eggs for breakfast in the morning and goats milk. I am going to have a goat for making cheese. My son in law is Nigerian but an american citizen. He and my daughter eat goat. YUK !!!! I tried it once. Reckon I will have to hide my goat when they come to visit. :-) They live in Washington DC.
